Incorporated in 2007, MHI-VST Diesel Engines is located in Mysore, on a 6 acre plot. It is a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries venture, in which VST Tillers Tractors Ltd is a minor shareholder.
The unit produces a range of multi-cylinder diesel engines from 17hp to 45hp and caters to the domestic and export generator set market. The installed capacity is 30,000 pieces per annum and the engines produced by the unit may be used in a range of applications. |
